Electrochemical deburring machine deburring, due to different workpieces and deburring parts, the applied electrodes are different, that is, different workpieces should use different electrodes, and the workpiece and the electrode are in a one-to-one correspondence. Take the workpiece to be deburred as the anode and the tool electrode as the cathode. When a certain pressure of electrolyte passes through the narrow gap between the burr on the workpiece and the specially designed tool electrode, the electrolysis voltage is applied for a short time. The current is concentrated in the edge part, and the current density is also large, so the burr is quickly removed and the edges and corners are also rounded.


In the process of electrochemical deburring, the workpiece and the tool electrode are relatively fixed, which is an electrochemical machining method of a fixed tool cathode. The metal contact between the anode (workpiece) and the cathode (electrode) will be short-circuited, causing damage to the electrode and the workpiece. Therefore, it is necessary to specify the size and direction of the burr on the workpiece as follows:


1. The length of the burr parallel to the electrode is not more than 0.8mm;


2. The thickness of the burr does not exceed 0.15mm.


3. For parts, the main and auxiliary cross holes must be manually hinged.


4. Make the direction of the burr parallel to the axis of the hole to avoid and reduce the possible short-circuit phenomenon of the electrode and reduce the wear of the electrode insulator layer.


5. The type and position of the processed workpiece must be consistent with the electrode used, and be "special-specific", otherwise it will cause damage to the workpiece, electrode, and the processing power supply, which should be taken seriously.


6. The falling chips and dirt adsorbed on the workpiece will also cause short-circuit failures, processing defects and poor conductive contacts during processing. Therefore, the workpiece must be cleaned before it can be processed.


7. After the workpiece is deburred, the surface of the part is adhered with electrolyte, which must be cleaned and treated for rust prevention.
