■ Equipment introduction

The equipment is developed for the needs of deburring and polishing the inner and outer surfaces of various gears, short shafts, discs and other parts. Such parts often have many burrs, and conventional deburring methods for burrs are difficult to deburr. This machine adopts flowing wet abrasive high-speed motion to remove the burrs on the surface of parts without choice, and uses brand-new flow rate polishing and pulse technology to achieve efficient and universal deburring and polishing of the surface. In order to improve efficiency, the deburring power head can work up to 10 stations at the same time, and the parameters of each station are independently controlled, which adapts to the online deburring and polishing requirements of high-efficiency production modes such as fine blanking. Users can choose manual loading and unloading or robot automatic loading and unloading according to their own needs.
