Commissioning: After turning on the machine, put the workpiece into the polishing bucket from less to more. The amount and weight of the workpiece are related to the size of the workpiece, so the workpiece is slowly put in to increase, and the rotation of the inverted workpiece slows down, but not The workpiece does not move. When the workpiece does not rotate, the polished product liquid will be uneven, and the polishing time will be unnecessarily lengthened.


Before polishing, be sure to clean up the grease on the surface of the workpiece. The polishing liquid cannot remove a large amount of grease, otherwise the workpiece, polishing needle, water, and polishing bucket may become black, and the deburring effect will be affected by slipping. When cleaning polishing needles and polishing barrels, cleaning fluid must be used and allowed to dry.
