In order to enable all employees of the company to understand the basic knowledge of fire protection, improve safety awareness, enhance self-protection capabilities, master the emergency response to fire, escape skills, learn to extinguish fires, and orderly evacuate personnel and property to ensure the safety of employees’ lives and The company’s property safety; On September 5, 2020, Shanghai Promai Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. organized a practical fire drill for all employees.

This full-staff fire drill is planned by the company's safety officer, who is responsible for the organization and command of the fire drill. The exercise group consists of four groups: alert group, evacuation group, fire fighting group, and rescue group.

In the afternoon from 15:00 to 16:00, the company organized representatives of various departments and groups to participate in the exercise communication and coordination meeting in the large conference room. The meeting was presided over by the person in charge of safety, and all employees were trained on fire safety knowledge and practical operation. A careful deployment arrangement was made for the fire drill in the afternoon.

At 16:00 in the afternoon of the same day, the workshop personnel issued a simulated fire alarm signal. After hearing the instructions, each drill working group quickly arrived in place. The employees participating in the drill were in the workshop, stairwells, and safety exits in the shortest possible time, using passwords and gestures, and the employees in charge of the evacuation team carried out the instructions from the designated route. Evacuate in an orderly manner; evacuate all personnel on site to the company's safe gathering point in a quick and orderly manner.

The fire drill was carried out in an orderly and intense manner in accordance with the predetermined plan. After the overall evacuation was in place, personnel from various departments gathered in the company's safe gathering place to conduct a personnel count. Subsequently, under the order of the person in charge of safety, the employees were divided into 3 groups and practiced fire extinguishing with fire extinguishers, fire water guns and sand fires in an orderly manner.

After the drill, the general manager made a general comment on the fire drill. He fully affirmed the results of the drill.
